Terms of Service

1. Service scope. LoadAiX provides software tools for broker outreach, AI-assisted negotiation, and load workflow automation. LoadAiX does not act as a broker, carrier, or legal advisor.

2. Account responsibility. You are responsible for account security, authorized users, and lawful use of call, SMS, and email-related features.

3. Calling and compliance. You must comply with all applicable telecommunication, call recording, privacy, and commercial communication laws in the jurisdictions where you operate.

4. Subscription and billing. Paid plans are billed in advance under selected plan terms. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund prior billing periods unless otherwise stated.

5. AI outputs. AI-generated responses and recommendations are operational assistance. Final business decisions remain your responsibility.

6. Service availability. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

7. Misuse and suspension. LoadAiX may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, unauthorized usage, or policy violations.
