LoadAiX provides software for carriers, dispatchers, and trucking teams to automate broker outreach, negotiation workflows, and related dispatch communication tasks. By using LoadAiX, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect. We may collect account details, carrier profile information, load workflow data, call metadata, transcript data when enabled, email-template data, billing and subscription records, device/browser/session logs, and support communications.
2. How we use information. We use data to operate the service, authenticate users, deliver AI dispatch functionality, troubleshoot issues, secure the platform, process billing, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Load board and extension data. The extension may read visible page details needed to power call/email workflows, lane capture, and AI negotiation support. Data is used only to provide requested platform functionality.
4. AI processing. We may use AI service providers for transcription, summarization, response generation, and workflow assistance. AI output is operational guidance and not legal advice.
5. Third-party providers. We work with providers for telephony, email delivery, hosting, analytics, logging, and payments. These providers process data only as needed for service delivery or legal compliance.
6. Payments and Stripe. If payments are processed through Stripe or a similar processor, payment details are handled under that provider’s policies. LoadAiX does not store full card numbers or CVV.
7. Cookies and sessions. We use cookies and session technologies for authentication, security, preference management, and service performance.
8. Data sharing. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, authorized tenant users, legal authorities when required, or in connection with business transactions.
9. Data retention. We retain information as needed for operations, security, support, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business recordkeeping.
10. Security controls. We use access controls, logging, and reasonable safeguards designed to protect platform data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
11. User rights and choices. Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain data. Submit requests via support.
12. Google API limited use. Where Gmail/Google OAuth is used, LoadAiX follows Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
13. Policy updates. We may update this policy as product features, legal obligations, and service providers evolve.
14. Contact. Privacy questions can be sent to support@loadaix.com.
